    Please remember to give YOUR email address rather than the recepient’s otherwise I will be emailing the voucher straight to your loved one which may ruin a surprise.

    Terms and Conditions of Voucher:

    * The recipient of the voucher must be at least 18 years of age at the time of consultation.

    * Gift card must be redeemed within 6 months of payment. Details of how to book will be sent within 48 hours of payment.

  • Of course! You can cancel your Experience up to 72 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund.

    Please email me to cancel your appointment.

  • Absolutely! You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before. Please email me to let me know and organise a reschedule.

    Please note: reschedules need to be within one month of the original appointment, subject to my availability.

    Cancellations of rescheduled appointments will not be refunded.

  • Lateness Policy: Please contact me ASAP and let me know how late you will be. If we are within your consultation time we will of course use it. However, I cannot guarantee we will be able to continue past your end time due to other bookings and commitments. No refunds will be given for lateness.

    No Show Policy: If you do not attend your consultation it is non-refundable. However, please get in contact as soon as you can to explain and a decision on rebooking will be made on a case by case basis.

  • Google Meet - You will receive a link via email after the booking is confirmed. If you do not receive your link please get in contact ASAP.

    1. Please wear your hair down how you normally style it.

    2. Be prepared to talk about the products you use, having them to hand may help.

    3. Remember to write down some questions (if you have them), it’s easy to forget them in the moment.

  • This is definitely something that I will do my best for so please get in touch before booking so we can discuss what’s needed.

    I have already had a successful consultation where we had a sign language interpreter on the call for my deaf curly client. It worked really well.

  • It’s up to you! All services will receive a PDF document discussing what we have talked about, including product recommendations.

  • My calendar opens 45 days ahead, please check back if you’d like a date further in the future.

    If you cannot find a suitable time available, do contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.

  • Unfortunately not, each booking is tailored to one person.

  • Unfortunately at this time I cannot accommodate under 18s for The Curly Jo Experience.
